Coleshill Sunday Netball League - Week 4

On a delightful Sunday evening at Coleshill Leisure Centre, Week 4 of the social netball season unfolded as a testament to the spirit of the sport. The welcoming atmosphere was brimming with enthusiasm from players across all experience levels, each one eager to partake in an enjoyable night of netball.

Our first match witnessed the Hot Shots and The A Team energetically compete, with the Hot Shots finishing up with a score of 10-3. The game was played in high spirits, and the commitment shown by all players was exemplary. Each pass and goal reflected the sense of camaraderie that permeates our social netball community.

The court then saw the Falcons and Netbusters engaged in a friendly match that ended with the Netbusters securing 6 goals to the Falcon's 3. Both teams showcased an exceptional display of teamwork and sportsmanship, accentuating the positive energy that underscores every game in our League group.

The third match was between Wingin It and Phoenix, with Wingin It rounding out the game at 8-6. Yet, scores aside, the highlight was the pure enjoyment that radiated from the players, each contributing to the game in their unique way.

A special mention must be given to the Most Valued Player of the week, Tira Spence from Phoenix. Tira’s unwavering enthusiasm and impressive movement around the court didn’t go unnoticed. Her positive contribution not only benefited her team but also inspired her opponents, demonstrating the true spirit of social netball.

As we look forward to Week 5, we eagerly anticipate another evening of friendly social netball. It's not just about keeping active or honing skills; it's about the laughs shared, new friendships formed, and the supportive environment that fosters a love for the game.
