In an exhilarating week 9 of the Witney Sunday Netball league, the division witnessed some enthralling encounters, packed with action and suspense.
Untouchables locked horns with Wit And Win in a fiercely contested match. However, Wit And Win outmanoeuvred Untouchables, securing a victory with a scoreline of 21-9. The game was a testament to Wit And Win's sheer determination and skill, further solidifying their position in the league.
The Cowgirls, on the other hand, had a triumphant evening, outclassing Never Too Late with an impressive 19-1 scoreline, it was a remarkable display of netball from the Cowgirls.
Smooth Operators pulled off a win against Cherry Bombs, scoring 15-4. Their strategic gameplay and the extraordinary performance from Clare Huggard, who was named the most valued player of the week, was a sight to behold.
In a nail-biting clash, Witney Wonders were narrowly defeated by Witty Hoops with a scoreline of 4-5, proving that every single point counts in the league.
