Witney Sunday Netball League 12th January

The netball world was infused with adrenaline and excitement as the 15th week of the Witney Sunday Netball League concluded last night. The division left spectators on the edge of their seats, with teams battling it out on the court in a quest for supremacy.

In a thrilling match, the Smooth Operators fell short against the Wit And Win, with the scoreboard reading 15-11, favouring the latter. Despite the Operators' spirited performance, Wit And Win rose above the competition and proved their dominance in the league once again.

Meanwhile, the Cowgirls showcased their exceptional skills and strategy, against the Witney Wonders with a final score of 13-0 to the Cowgirls. 

A nail-biting competition between Witty Hoops and Quick Wits ended with the Quick Wits securing a 7-11 victory. Despite the Hoops' gritty fight, the Quick Wits emerged victorious, demonstrating their quick-thinking and fast-paced gameplay.

However, the cherry on top of the week's competition came from the match between Cherry Bombs and Untouchables. The Untouchables, living up to their name, outperformed the Cherry Bombs with a convincing 18-4 victory.

Undoubtedly, the star of the week was Ellis Pearson from the Untouchables. Her exceptional gameplay not only led his team to a significant victory but also earned her the title of the Most Valued Player.
