Brecon Monday Netball Update - Week 13

Week 13 of the Brecon Monday Night Netball League brought another great evening of netball, with the Premier League teams putting on some fantastic performances and plenty of exciting moments for everyone watching.

KOALAS and A Little Rusty got the night underway, with KOALAS working well together to secure a 15–6 win. A Little Rusty kept pushing throughout the match, but KOALAS’ strong teamwork and steady play made the difference.

Next up, the Bluebirds enjoyed a solid 25–16 win over the Panthers in a lively and competitive game. Both teams showed great energy on court, with the Bluebirds edging ahead through consistent play and good communication.

The Dragons faced Aberhonddu Ladies B in a close and enjoyable match, with Aberhonddu Ladies B coming away with a 14–9 victory. A special shoutout goes to Jess Owens, who was named Most Valued Player of the Week after a standout performance that really helped her team.

The evening wrapped up with Aberhonddu Ladies A taking on the Beacons, finishing with a 19–8 win after a well-controlled and confident display.

Week 13 was another reminder of the great atmosphere, teamwork, and enjoyment that make the Brecon Monday Night Netball League so special. With plenty of games still to come, there’s lots more netball to look forward to in the weeks ahead!
