The balls were flying and the players dashing in the week 7 of the Walsall Monday Netball League. The League division was the hot spot of the evening, highlighting the prowess of local netballers.

The evening kicked off with a thrilling match between Cheslyn Chicas and the Netballerz. Cheslyn Chicas, despite their tenacious game play, fell to the Netballerz with a score of 11-23. However, their determined spirit was clearly embodied by the dynamo, Annabelle Wedderburn. Wedderburn, the Most Valued Player of the week, showcased a stellar performance that left the everyone in awe and set a high bar for the matches that were to follow.

Up next, Bibs And Balls faced the Sweaty Betty's. The former, despite their spirited offensive, couldn't stand up against the latter's fierce defence, ending the game with a score of 6-23 in favor of the Sweaty Betty's.

The adrenaline didn't stop there. Cheslyn Shooters took over the court against Net Chicks in an intense game of strategy and skill. Cheslyn Shooters dominated the match, outscoring their rivals 23-16.

This week's matches not only highlighted the competitiveness of the League but also the immense talents of the players. Annabelle Wedderburn of Cheslyn Chicas emerged as the standout, showing grit, determination and an impressive skill set.
