Netball enthusiasts were in for a treat last night as week five of the Neath Tuesday 7 a side Netball League reached its anticipated climax. The thrilling competition saw teams from Division 1 and Division 2 go head-to-head in a series of exhilarating matches.

In Division 1, the Spice Goals made a resounding victory with a score of 14-4 against Block It Like It's Hot, demonstrating their ongoing prowess on the court. The Queen Bees, continuing their winning streak, dominated their match against High Hoops with a landslide victory of 22-1. The Vixens triumphed over Glynneath Gazelles, ending the match with a score of 12-6.

Division 2 also witnessed intense competition. The Socket Shifters outplayed Glynneath Gazelles B securing a solid victory of 16-5. Court In The Act and Steel Town Shooters gave spectators a nail-biting game, ending in a close score of 14-11, in favor of Court In The Act. Meanwhile, Hoops I Did It Again proved their mettle with a decisive win over Sweaty Betty's, scoring 15-4.

The star of the week was none other than Jodie Williams of The Queen Bees. Williams' outstanding performance not only contributed to their team's massive win but also won her the title of the most valued player of the week.

The top scorers for each division were The Queen Bees for Division 1 and Socket Shifters for Division 2, proving their exceptional skills and team coordination.
