In Division 1, the Spice Goals made a resounding victory with a score of 14-4 against Block It Like It's Hot, demonstrating their ongoing prowess on the court. The Vixens triumphed over Glynneath Gazelles, ending the match with a score of 12-6.

Meanwhile, Hoops I Did It Again proved their mettle with a decisive win over Sweaty Betty's, scoring 15-4.
