Neath Tuesday Night Netball - Week 2 of the Season

The Neath Tuesday Netball League continued its thrilling season with an action-packed second week. Teams battled it out on the court, showcasing their skills, determination, and love for the game.

A real quick reminder to take off all jewellery and watches before the game starts to allow the night to run smoothly. A polite reminder to all players that this is a friendly league and we will work to keep it that way, please remember we are all here for the same reason, to play the sport we all love.

Last night in a display of netball prowess, Claire's Fault managed to take the win over the skilled side of One Hit Wonders with a final score of 12-3. Not far behind, Spice Goals just lost out on the win as Pitch Slap's shooting accuracy lead them to finish the game with an impressive score line of 21-5.

In another closely contested match, Steelers clashed with Neath Ninjas. The Steelers demonstrated their resilience and emerged victorious with a final score of 11-6. The Neath Ninjas showcased their strength and agility throughout the game but were unable to secure a win. The Vixens displayed a remarkable performance on the court. The team's cohesive play and strategic moves resulted in a victory against Sweaty Betty's, and despite their defensive skills the result finished in 15-7.

The Neath Tuesday Netball League also recognizes the top scorers for with Pitch Slap emerging as the top scorers with an astounding 21 goals, followed closely by The Vixens with 15 goals.

The league continues to provide an exciting platform for netball enthusiasts to showcase their talent and foster a sense of camaraderie among teams.
