Neath Tuesday Netball Update - Week 7

All the latest news from your local social netball league at Cefn Saeson Comprehensive School.

Week 7 of the Neath Tuesday Netball League brought another fantastic evening of netball, with teams enjoying some great matches and a brilliant atmosphere on court.

There were plenty of exciting games throughout the night. Socket Shifters had a strong performance against High Hoops, finishing with a 16–9 result after some great teamwork. Queen Bees and Nets Get Physical played out one of the closest games of the evening, with Queen Bees just edging the match 13–12 in a very evenly contested game. Glynneath Gal-Zelles also had a great game against Spice Goals, finishing with a 13–6 win.

Elsewhere, Hoops I Did It Again enjoyed a good match against Pulse Chasers, taking a 13–9 win. Block It Like It’s Hot had a strong performance against Glynneath Gazelles, while Steel Town Shooters and Sweaty Betty’s played out an exciting game, with Steel Town Shooters coming away with a close 13–11 result.

A special shout-out goes to Becky Randall, who was named this week’s Most Valued Player after a fantastic performance on court.

It’s been great to see so many teams enjoying their weekly games, with lots of encouragement, teamwork and a really positive atmosphere across the league. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back for more netball in the coming weeks.
