In Division 1, Glynneath Gal-Zelles enjoyed a strong game against Spice Goals, finishing with a 17–9 win after a confident team performance. A special mention goes to Lowri Gough, who was named Player of the Week thanks to her consistent effort and impact throughout the match.
Socket Shifters also had an enjoyable game against High Hoops, coming away with a 19–13 win after an end-to-end match full of energy. Nets Get Physical and The Queen Bees played out a closely matched and entertaining 18–18 draw, with both teams showing great determination and teamwork right until the final whistle.
Division 2 brought just as much fun and excitement. Pulse Chasers edged a close game against Hoops I Did It Again, finishing 10–9 after a lively contest. Glynneath Gazelles and Block It Like It’s Hot shared a great battle on court, with the Gazelles finishing 15–12. Sweaty Betty’s also put in a solid team performance to take a 12–9 win against Steel Town Shooters.
Overall, it was another fantastic week of social netball, full of friendly competition, supportive teammates, and plenty of smiles. With more games coming up next week, everyone’s looking forward to getting back on court and enjoying more great netball together.
