Neath Sunday Netball Update - Week 7

All the latest updates from your local Social Netball league at Cefn Saeson Comprehensive School.

Week 7 of the Neath Sunday Netball League brought another evening of great energy, teamwork and plenty of smiles on court. Players and supporters enjoyed a series of entertaining games as teams continued to build momentum this season.

One of the closest games of the night was between Game Of Throws and A Little Rusty. Both teams worked brilliantly together and the match ended in a well-earned 9–9 draw, with fantastic effort shown by everyone involved.

DN Rangers also had a strong game against Hoops I Did It Again, finishing with a 12–5 result after some great passing, movement and teamwork throughout the match.

Another memorable game saw Shooting Stars take on Hoop There It Is. Hoop There It Is had a great evening on court, working well as a team and finishing the game 21–1.

A special mention this week goes to Natalie Cummings from Hoop There It Is, who was named Most Valued Player. Natalie impressed with her positive energy, great movement and some brilliant shooting, making a big contribution to her team’s performance.

The league’s top scorer this week also came from Hoop There It Is, highlighting the strong teamwork and support across the squad.

As we head into week 8, the focus remains on enjoying the game, supporting teammates and continuing to build the great community atmosphere that makes the Neath Sunday Netball League so special.
