Week four of the Neath Sunday league brought another fun and energetic evening of netball, with plenty of teamwork, encouragement and great play across the courts.
DN Rangers and A Little Rusty kicked off the action, finishing 19–5. DN Rangers found a great rhythm throughout the game, but both teams showed fantastic effort and support for one another from start to finish.
Hoop There It Is faced Game Of Throws in an enjoyable and well-matched game, ending 16–10. There were some lovely passages of play and confident shooting, with both teams continuing to build as the season progresses.
Shooting Stars and Hoops I Did It Again shared a close contest, with Shooting Stars coming away 8–5 winners. It was a brilliant team performance, full of energy and positive communication on court.
A special mention goes to Shooting Stars’ Ffion Maddock, who was named Most Valued Player this week. Her movement, accuracy and all-round contribution really stood out and made a big difference for her team.
As we head into week five, it’s great to see so much enthusiasm, sportsmanship and community spirit across the league.
