Another brilliant evening of social netball took place this week at the Neath Sunday league, with teams enjoying plenty of fun, teamwork and great moments on court.
Shooting Stars and DN Rangers played out a closely contested and entertaining match, with Shooting Stars narrowly finishing ahead 9-8. Both teams showed fantastic determination and support for one another throughout the game.
Hoops I Did It Again also enjoyed a positive evening, putting in a strong team performance against Valley Ballers to finish with a 17-5 result. The match was full of great passing, movement and encouragement from both sides.
Hoop There It Is had a particularly impressive game this week, coming away with a 23-6 win over Game Of Throws. The team worked brilliantly together and played with great energy from start to finish.
A special mention goes to Danielle Nicholas, who was named this week’s Most Valued Player. Danielle’s excellent attitude, teamwork and standout performance made her a deserving recipient of the award.
As the season continues, it’s fantastic to see players enjoying the social side of the league, building confidence each week and creating such a welcoming atmosphere on Sunday evenings.
