The thrilling action continued in the third week of the Neath Sunday Netball League. The teams in Division 1 exhibited an intense display of skill and strategy, where victories were hard-fought and the scores were close.
In one of the most gripping games of the night, Shooting Stars barely scraped a win against A Little Rusty, with a final score of 7-6. It was a tense match that kept spectators on the edge of their seats until the final whistle. The Shooting Stars were able to maintain a slender lead throughout, demonstrating their ability to handle pressure.
Elsewhere in Division 1, Game Of Throws and DN Rangers locked horns in an exhilarating showdown. Game Of Throws emerged victorious with a solid 13-9 win over the DN Rangers. Their cohesive team play and sharp shooting were instrumental in securing their victory.
The standout player of the week was Game Of Throws' Cooper Jones. With his superior agility, precise shooting, and excellent teamwork, Jones made a significant contribution to his team's triumph, earning him the title of Most Valued Player of the week. His performance was a masterclass in netball, showcasing the perfect blend of skill, tactics, and sheer determination.
