The Goal Diggas scored an impressive 10-4 victory over Pitch Perfect. The Diggas' aggressive offense and stalwart defence proved too much for Pitch Perfect, who fought valiantly despite the loss. However, it was Pivot Panthers who stole the spotlight with an astounding 25-5 win against Pass N Pivot.
Not far behind, Nutballs clinched a critical win over Nets Go Girl with a score of 24-13. The match was a showcase of raw talent and strategic play.
However, amidst the fierce competition, the league also celebrated individual brilliance. Joanna Braithwaite of Nets Go Girl was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Despite Nets Go Girl’s loss, Braithwaite's phenomenal skills and undying spirit on the court were a beacon of inspiration. Her tenacity and game sense were a force to be reckoned with, and her performance has only escalated the anticipation for the coming weeks.
