Play in the Royal Leamington Spa Thursday Netball League
Week 6 of the Royal Leamington Spa Thursday Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of matches, with teams delivering strong performances, good teamwork, and plenty of positive energy on court.
Pivot Panthers led the way with a confident 27–2 win over Pass N Pivot. Their composed play and consistency throughout the match highlighted why they are shaping up well this season.
Net Pressure also put in a solid performance, securing a 15–4 victory against Wingin It. Their organised defending and calm approach made the difference across the game.
One of the closest and most competitive matches of the night saw Nutballs edge past Nets Go Girl with an 18–14 win. Both teams worked hard throughout, producing an entertaining contest that kept the scoreline tight from start to finish.
Despite the narrow loss, Jane Dennehy of Nets Go Girl was named most valued player of the week. Her skill, movement, and determination stood out in a challenging match and were a credit to her team.
Elsewhere, Goal Diggas recorded an impressive 18–5 win over Pitch Perfect, showing strong cohesion and confidence across the court in another positive display.
As week 6 of the Royal Leamington Spa Thursday Netball League comes to a close, the season continues to build nicely, with teams developing each week and plenty to look forward to in the matches ahead.
