Newport Wednesday Night Netball - Week 9

In the thrilling world of netball, the Newport Wednesday League reached its 9th week, and the results are more exhilarating than ever. The teams put on a show last night, with some breath-taking performances.

In a highly contested showdown Thou Shalt Not Pass team fought the Ball Snatchers to a 5-5 draw. Their performance was amplified by the brilliant display of skills from their star player, Eve Lincoln, who was rightly named the most valued player of the week. Elsewhere, the Court Queens emerged victorious with a 10-5 win over Jump! Jump!, showcasing their skill. The Goalden Girls and Caught Offside presented an intensely close match, with the Goalden Girls narrowly edging with a 9-7 victory. Block It Like Its Hot and FireBallz also clashed, with FireBallz outscoring their opponents 12-9 in a high-scoring, adrenaline-fueled encounter.

With the season progressing rapidly, all eyes will be on the players and teams as they continue to fight for the coveted title.
