Newport Wednesday night netball - week 10
Irreplaceaballs took a victory over Caught Offside' with a 18-5 victory. Both teams demonstrating their exceptional netball talent on court.
'Jump! Jump!' managed to secure a win over 'Ball Snatchers' with a 9-4 victory. Both teams displayed agility and teamwork.
The highlight of the week, however, came as 'Court Queens' beating 'FireBallz' with a score of 27-7. both teams battling right up until the final whistle.
'Goalden Girls' too made their mark, triumphing over 'Block It Like Its Hot' with a score of 11-2.
Notwithstanding their team's loss, 'Block It Like Its Hot' had reason to cheer as their star player, Lauren Webb, was crowned the most valued player of the week. Webb's exceptional skill and resilience on court were recognized as she turned adversity into a personal victory.
