Buckingham Sunday Week 6 - 29/3/26

Just a reminder: we will be off this Sunday for Easter and be back on as normal the following Sunday 12th April!

The atmospheric floodlights beamed down on the netball courts as week 6 of the Buckingham Sunday Netball league unfolded, showcasing the talent in the League division. The teams, all eager to climb the league table, gave their all in a series of adrenaline-fueled matches.

Starting the night was an absolute thriller between Court Up and Throwbacks. Throwbacks were at their best, achieving a19-0 victory. The Throwbacks demonstrated their defensive prowess, giving no room for Court Up to make their mark on the scoreboard.

As the night progressed, Catch 22 and Bib It Like Beckham took to the court. The nail-biting match saw Bib It Like Beckham achieve out a narrow 7-5 victory in a game filled with passion for the sport until the final whistle sounded.

However, it was the Netball Ninjas who stole the show in the closing match of the evening. In an epic battle against the Netbusters, the Ninjas emerged victorious, scoring an impressive 30 goals against the Netbusters' 22. This cracking display of skillful play and strategic execution set a new high scoring record for this season's League.

The top scorers for the League this week were the formidable Netball Ninjas, a team that has consistently shown their dedication and tenacity on the court. Their impressive victory in Week 6 will undoubtedly send shock waves through the League.
