Buckingham Sunday Week 4 - 8/3/26

In a thrilling turn of events, the Buckingham Sunday Netball league entered its fourth week yesterday with some nail-biting contests in the League division. Teams Catch 22, Netbusters, Bib it Like Beckham, Throwbacks, and Court Up all battled it out on the court with some spectacular performances.

The highlight of the night was the high-intensity match between Catch 22 and Netbusters, with the latter emerging victorious. Netbusters, led by the week's most valued player, Lucy Ractliffe, ended their game with an impressive 20-8 victory. Ractliffe played an instrumental role in leading her team to glory, showcasing strategic and technical skills.

In another closely contested match, Bib it Like Beckham fought hard and gave their all against the Throwbacks, but ultimately Throwbacks secured a 7-4 win. 

Then in our final match of the evening, Netball Ninjas made a stunning statement by gaining a remarkable 32-2 victory against Court Up.

Lucy Ractliffe of Netbusters was the standout player of the week. Her stellar performance on the court, coupled with her leadership skills, played a significant role in her team's victory and secured her the title of the most valued player.

As we approach the midpoint of the season, the competition is heating up in the League division. Netbusters, led by MVP Ractliffe, is currently the team to beat. However, with several weeks still to go, it's still anyone's game.
