Bridgend Tuesday Netball League – Week 5 Round-Up

It was another lovely evening of netball in Bridgend, with teams taking to the court for week 5 of the Tuesday league. The night was full of positive energy, teamwork and great support from everyone involved.

Hot Shots and Hoop There It Is shared an enjoyable match, with Hot Shots putting together some strong passages of play to finish 16–6. Both teams showed great effort and kept the game flowing throughout.

Evergreens and Red Hot Shooters played out a really close and evenly matched game, finishing in an 8–8 draw. It was a great contest with both teams working hard and supporting each other from start to finish.

Baywatch Ballers had a good game against Netty Betty’s, finishing 14–9. There were some lovely moments of teamwork and great movement across the court from both sides.

This week’s Most Valued Player goes to Karen Barnfield from Hot Shots, who delivered a fantastic performance. Her effort and impact on the game really stood out and earned her well-deserved recognition.

It’s great to see so many players enjoying their netball each week and creating such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. With plenty more games to come, we’re looking forward to more fun and social netball in the weeks ahead.
