Play in the Yate Thursday Netball League

Week 10 of the Yate Thursday YouPlay Netball League brought another great evening of matches, with plenty of fantastic teamwork and some impressive performances across the league.

‘Absolute Ballers’ had a strong game, putting in a confident performance against ‘In It To Win It’ and finishing with a 14–3 win. Their teamwork and accurate shooting really stood out on the night.

‘Courters’ also enjoyed a successful match, securing a 20–3 result against ‘Munch Bunch’. Their organised play and solid defending helped them put together a great team performance.

Another standout game saw ‘Netball Knockouts’ take on ‘Yate Falcons’, with the Knockouts delivering a brilliant display to come away with a 17–6 win.

Meanwhile, ‘Goal Diggas’ put in a strong showing against ‘The Shot Hit The Fan’, earning a 16–4 victory thanks to some sharp movement and composed finishing.

A special mention goes to Leah Ginnelly from ‘Yate Falcons’, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Leah’s excellent all-round performance and great reading of the game made her a deserved choice.

With the season moving towards its final weeks, every match continues to bring plenty of excitement, teamwork, and fun for everyone involved. We look forward to seeing how the rest of the season unfolds.
