Play in the Yate Thursday Netball League

Week 9 of the Yate Thursday YouPlay Netball League brought another fun and lively evening of netball, with teams enjoying a great mix of teamwork, energy and skill across the Premier League division.

There were some well-played matches throughout the night. Goal Diggas and Yate Falcons put on an entertaining game, with Goal Diggas coming away with a 12–5 win. The Courters also had a strong performance against Netball Knockouts, finishing 14–7 in a match full of great passing and shooting.

Absolute Ballers enjoyed a solid game against Munch Bunch, securing a 10–6 win, with both teams showing good effort and teamwork throughout. In another match, Nothing But Net played well to take a 14–2 result against In It To Win It.

A special mention this week goes to Emily Camm from In It To Win It, who was named Most Valuable Player. Emily stood out with her determination and positive attitude, making a great contribution for her team.

As the season moves towards its final weeks, it’s great to see all teams continuing to enjoy their netball and support one another on court. The league remains a welcoming and social environment, with plenty of good games still to come.
