Yate Thursday YouPlay Netball League News 2026-03-19

Week six of the Yate Thursday YouPlay Netball League was another enjoyable evening, with plenty of good play and positive team spirit across all matches.

2Steppin had a strong game against Munch Bunch, finishing 21–5, with some great teamwork on display. Netball Knockouts also had a good result, winning 14–1 against In It To Win It.

Goal Diggas came out on top in their match against Nothing But Net with a 14–6 score, while The Shot Hit The Fan edged a close game against Absolute Ballers, winning 11–8.

Courters rounded off the evening with a solid 23–9 result against Yate Falcons, showing good coordination throughout the match.

A special mention goes to Charlotte Slade from Yate Falcons, who was named Player of the Week. Her effort and consistency on court stood out and were a great reflection of her commitment to the team.

Overall, it was another great night of netball, with all teams showing enthusiasm and improvement as the season continues. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back on court next week.
