Thursday nights in Yate are all about netball, good vibes, and getting everyone involved! 
Week 17 of the Yate Thursday Netball League delivered another great evening of play, with plenty of teamwork, laughs, and supportive moments across the Premier League division.

One of the highlights of the night was the close and friendly contest between 2Steppin and Courters. Both teams kept the energy high throughout, with some lovely passages of play and encouragement on court. 2Steppin just edged ahead to finish 12–9, while a special shoutout goes to Chloe Edwards from Courters, whose fantastic performance earned her Most Valued Player of the Week — well deserved! 

Yate Falcons enjoyed a positive outing against Absolute Ballers, working well together to secure a 15–7 win in a match full of movement and smiles. Meanwhile, Nothing But Net had a strong team performance against The Shot Hit The Fan, finishing the game 9–3 after a really solid all-round effort.

There was plenty of shooting action too, with Goal Diggas enjoying a great night against In It To Win It, ending the match 18–2, and Netball Knockouts rounding off the evening with a confident 14–3 result against Munch Bunch. Across the board, it was brilliant to see teams supporting one another and enjoying their time on court.

As the season starts to wind down, the Yate Thursday league continues to be a fun, social way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy netball in a relaxed and friendly environment. There’s lots to look forward to as we head into the final weeks!
