Play in the Yate Thursday You-Play Netball League

Week eight of the Yate Thursday 7-a-side Netball League was packed with energy, laughter, and plenty of great moments out on court. Teams in the Premier League division came together for another evening of friendly competition, good sportsmanship, and all-round netball fun.

Court Jesters brought lots of flair to their game against In It To Win It, finishing with a lively 20–1 scoreline. Cre-YATE-ors and Munch Bunch also put on a brilliant show, with Cre-YATE-ors’ quick passing and sharp shooting helping them enjoy a 16–8 result.

One of the most gripping matches of the night came from Absolute Ballers and Netball Knockouts, with both sides battling it out right up to the whistle before the Ballers took it 7–6. Goal Diggas and Courters followed with another close and exciting game, ending 6–4.

A special shout-out goes to Hannah Bradley from Courters, who shone throughout the evening and was named our MVP of the week. Her enthusiasm, movement, and all-round play were a joy to watch and truly captured the spirit of the league.

As we head into week nine, we’re excited for more great netball, more community moments, and plenty more to cheer about. Whether you're chasing goals, catching up with friends, or just enjoying the buzz, there’s always something to love on a Thursday night.
