Yate Thursday night netball - week 5
The Court Jesters faced a defeat, losing to Courters with a score of 4-7. The Shot Hit The Fan also experienced a defeat, succumbing to Cre-YATE-ors, who out scored them by 13-4.
In another victory of the night, Goal Diggas outplayed In It To Win It with a resounding 16-2 victory. However, the closest and perhaps the most nerve-wracking match was between Netball Knockouts and Munch Bunch, with the latter scraping by with a narrow 11-10 win.
The real star of this week's matches, however, was undoubtedly Katie Swallow of The Shot Hit The Fan. Despite her team's loss, Swallow put on a stellar performance, earning herself the title of this week's most valued player. Her impressive skills and formidable presence on the court were unmissable.
As the season progresses, it's clear that every team in the league is giving it their all, with each game being a testament to their dedication and sportsmanship. Looking forward to the next week, one thing is certain: there are plenty of thrilling netball matches still to come.
