In a thrilling week of fierce competition, the Yate Thursday Night Netball league saw teams clash in the second week of the season. The Division showcased some truly inspiring performances, with a few teams showing early dominance.

The Netball Knockouts proved their moniker was no fluke, outplaying The Shot Hit The Fan with an impressive 13-1 score. The Knockouts exhibited an exemplary display of teamwork and strategy, leaving the opposition with limited opportunities to score. This victory positions them as a team to watch as the season progresses.

In It To Win It was not so fortunate, falling short against the Courters in a striking 12-1 matchup. The Courters took the court with a vengeance, demonstrating agility and skill worthy of their Division status.

However, the standout match of the night was Cre-YATE-ors taking on Absolute Ballers. Despite a valiant effort from the latter, Cre-YATE-ors emerged victorious with a commanding 13-3 triumph. Both teams displayed exceptional talent and sportsmanship, promising a thrilling competition in the weeks to come.

The highlight of the week, however, was the stunning performance by Chantelle Mitchell from Absolute Ballers. Despite her team not clinching the win, Mitchell's superior strategy and flawless technique earned her the esteemed title of the week's most valued player. 

As we march into the third week of the season, the competition is heating up. The top scorers for each division have been set, and every team in the Division is gearing up to challenge these early leaders. This season promises to be a thrilling watch, marked by fierce competition, exceptional talent, and an undeniable passion for the game.
