Bridgnorth Tuesday You Play Netball League

Week 9 of the Bridgnorth Tuesday social netball season took place at Bridgnorth Endowed Leisure Centre, with teams returning for another evening of netball. Players with different levels of experience continue to come together each week to enjoy their games, keep active and develop their skills in a friendly league.

The first match saw Nets Go For A Beer take on We Don't Give A Shot. Nets Go For A Beer finished with a 23-6 win after a strong performance. Both teams worked hard throughout the game, with We Don't Give A Shot continuing to compete and Nets Go For A Beer making the most of their opportunities.

Next up were Nets Get Physical and Time To Shine. Time To Shine came away with a 25-5 win in another good game of netball. Both teams put in plenty of effort throughout the match, with players supporting their teammates and keeping the game moving.

The third game saw Pass And Sass face Bridge The Gap. Pass And Sass finished with a 6-3 win in the closest game of the evening. With just three goals separating the teams, both sides worked hard throughout and kept the game competitive until the final whistle.

This week's Most Valued Player was Liz Sollars from Nets Get Physical. Liz showed plenty of energy and movement around the court and made a positive contribution to her team. Her effort and attitude stood out during the evening, making her a deserved recipient of this week's MVP award.

As we move towards Week 10, we look forward to another evening of social netball at Bridgnorth Endowed Leisure Centre. The league provides players with the opportunity to keep active, meet new people and continue developing their netball skills while enjoying regular games in a welcoming environment.

The focus remains on playing netball in the spirit of Back to Netball, with good sportsmanship, teamwork and enjoyment being an important part of every game.
