Play in the Bridgnorth Tuesday You Play Netball League

Week 7 of the social netball season at Bridgnorth Endowed Leisure Centre saw another good evening of netball, with teams taking to the court for their latest fixtures. Both games provided plenty of competitive play, with teams working hard across the court and continuing to enjoy the league.

The first match saw Nets Go For A Beer take on Bridge The Gap. Nets Go For A Beer had a strong game and finished with a 17-6 victory. Both teams worked hard throughout the fixture, with some good movement and passing across the court.

The second game saw River Splitters face We Don't Give A Shot. River Splitters finished the game with a 29-8 win after a strong performance. We Don't Give A Shot continued to compete throughout the match and worked hard until the final whistle.

A special mention goes to Rachel Washington from We Don't Give A Shot, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Rachel put in a strong performance and made a positive contribution to her team throughout the game.

As a Back to Netball league, we aim to provide a friendly and enjoyable environment where players can get back on court, keep active and enjoy regular netball fixtures. We encourage all teams to continue playing in the spirit of the league and making the most of their weekly games.

Week 8 is up next, with another evening of netball at Bridgnorth Endowed Leisure Centre. We look forward to seeing all the teams back on court for their next fixtures.
