Play in the Bridgnorth Tuesday Netball League

Bridgnorth, UK – Week 6 of the Bridgnorth Tuesday Netball League provided another enjoyable evening of competitive and social netball, with teams continuing to show great effort, teamwork and steady progress as the season develops.

In one of the evening’s fixtures, We Don’t Give A Shot delivered a strong performance against Nets Get Physical, securing an 18-3 win. They showed good movement and consistency throughout the game, allowing them to build a comfortable lead. Nets Get Physical kept working hard and will be looking to take positives into their next match.

Shoot faced No Regrets Just Nets in a well-contested game, with Shoot coming away with an 11-6 victory. Both teams demonstrated good coordination and sportsmanship, making it an enjoyable and closely fought match for those watching.

Nets Go For A Beer took on Time To Shine in another fixture of the night. Time To Shine put together a solid performance to secure a 16-8 win. Nets Go For A Beer showed plenty of determination throughout, with Jess Morgan putting in a particularly strong individual performance and helping to keep her team competitive.

In the final match, River Splitters played Bridge The Gap in a game that highlighted patient build-up play and accurate shooting. River Splitters came away with a 9-3 win, continuing their positive run in the league with another composed display.

Across all matches, it was great to see teams supporting one another and continuing to develop their play, with a balance of friendly competition and enjoyable gameplay evident throughout the evening.

Jess Morgan of Nets Go For A Beer was recognised as this week’s Most Valued Player. Her effort, attitude and overall contribution stood out, making a positive impact for her team.

As the league moves into Week 7, teams will be looking forward to building on their performances and continuing to improve. With plenty of netball still to be played, there’s a growing sense of excitement as the season progresses.
