Week 5 of the Bridgnorth Tuesday netball league provided an enjoyable evening of matches, with teams showing good effort and teamwork throughout. In the League, there were a range of competitive fixtures with plenty of encouraging performances.

Bridge The Gap and Nets Get Physical played out a closely contested game, with Nets Get Physical just securing a 7-6 win. Both teams showed determination and worked hard across all quarters.

Nets Go For A Beer recorded a 17-7 win against We Don’t Give A Shot, putting in a confident and organised performance.

Time To Shine delivered a strong performance to earn a 19-4 result against No Regrets Just Nets, while River Splitters secured a 23-15 win over Shoot in another well-played match.

Sophie Lloyd of Time To Shine was named the most valued player of the week, following a positive all-round performance and strong contribution to her team.

As the season continues, the League remains a great environment for teams to enjoy their netball and continue improving each week. It’s been encouraging to see the effort and commitment from all teams so far.

There is plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks as the season progresses.
