Week 11 of the Bridgnorth Tuesday Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of competitive fixtures, with teams across the League division continuing to demonstrate great teamwork, determination, and improving form as the season moves towards its closing stages. With every point becoming increasingly important, players delivered plenty of entertaining moments and strong performances throughout the night.

One of the evening’s standout results saw River Splitters secure a 15-1 victory over Bridge The Gap. River Splitters produced a confident and organised performance, moving the ball effectively around the court and capitalising on their opportunities in attack. Despite the result, Bridge The Gap continued to work hard throughout the game and showed excellent resilience against strong opposition.

A particularly impressive individual display came from Bridge The Gap’s Elizabeth Attwood, who was deservedly recognised as the valued player of the week. Elizabeth’s determination, work rate, and positive contribution throughout the match stood out and highlighted the strong individual talent present within the league.

Shoot and No Regrets Just Nets played out one of the closest contests of the evening in an entertaining and competitive fixture. Shoot eventually came away with a 13-9 victory, but both teams remained fully committed throughout the game. The match featured some excellent passages of play, with momentum shifting several times as each side looked to gain control. Shoot managed to maintain consistency during key moments, helping them secure an important win.

Time To Shine continued their strong form with a well-earned 13-7 victory over Nets Go For A Beer. Both teams displayed good energy and teamwork across the court, creating an enjoyable and competitive match. Time To Shine were able to build momentum through organised attacking play and solid defensive pressure, allowing them to gradually extend their advantage as the game progressed.

Another entertaining fixture saw We Don’t Give A Shot face Nets Get Physical in a lively and hard-fought contest. We Don’t Give A Shot secured a 16-12 win after both teams produced a strong attacking display. The game was played in excellent spirit throughout, with players on both sides showing commitment, teamwork, and determination from start to finish.

As the season continues, the League division remains highly competitive, with several teams still battling for strong league positions heading into the final weeks. Each round continues to highlight the positive atmosphere and sporting spirit that makes the Bridgnorth Tuesday Netball League such an enjoyable competition for players and supporters alike.
