Bridgnorth Tuesday League – Week 10 Round-Up
Week 10 of the Bridgnorth Tuesday Netball League delivered another enjoyable evening of matches, with teams continuing to develop their skills and teamwork as the season progresses.
Shoot put in a strong performance against Bridge The Gap, finishing with a 12–4 win. Bridge The Gap worked hard throughout the game and showed great determination and sportsmanship, laying solid foundations to build on in the coming weeks.
Time To Shine certainly had a positive evening, securing a 17–8 victory over River Splitters. Their teamwork and movement across the court were key to the result and reflected their growing confidence as a side.
Nets Get Physical and Nets Go For A Beer shared an entertaining and competitive match, with Nets Get Physical edging ahead to claim an 18–12 win. Both teams contributed to a lively game that kept players and spectators engaged from start to finish.
This week’s Most Valued Player award went to Rose Polino from We Don’t Give A Shot. Rose delivered a consistently strong performance and demonstrated excellent commitment and court awareness throughout the evening.
The top scorers’ honour for the league was shared by Time To Shine and Nets Get Physical, who both recorded 18 goals in their respective matches.
The Bridgnorth Tuesday Netball League continues to provide a welcoming and competitive environment, with teams enjoying regular play and friendly competition. With several weeks still to come, there is plenty more netball to look forward to.
