League Final Week Round-Up: Season Comes to a Close
The Bridgnorth Tuesday netball League wrapped up its season in Week 14, bringing a positive and memorable conclusion to a fantastic campaign.
In the League fixtures, No Regrets Just Nets secured a 9–5 win over Bridge The Gap in a well-contested match. Nets Go For A Beer delivered a strong performance against River Splitters, earning a 13–6 victory to help confirm their runners-up position. Shoot faced Nets Get Physical, with Nets Get Physical finishing the evening with a 14–3 result after a confident display.
The defining moment of the night came as Time To Shine took to the court against We Don’t Give A Shot. Their composed 10–3 win not only capped off another excellent performance but confirmed them as this season’s League champions, finishing on 26 points after an impressive run of 13 wins.
Special recognition goes to Jade Douglas of River Splitters, who has been named the League’s Most Valed Player. Her consistent performances, teamwork and positive attitude throughout the season made her a standout contributor.
As the season draws to a close, congratulations go to Time To Shine on their title win and to Nets Go For A Beer for a fantastic runners-up finish.
