Brackley Thursday Social Netball Update 9th May
In an electrifying week 6 of the Brackley Thursday social netball league, the competition was intense in the division with teams putting on a dazzling display of skill and sportsmanship.
'Here For The Night Out' and 'Title Chasers' squared off in the most dramatic match of the night. Both teams fought hard, showcasing their defensive and offensive prowess. The game ended in a spellbinding 16-16 draw, a testament to the evenly matched squads.
Elsewhere in the league, 'Phoenix' demonstrated their teamwork as they triumphed over 'Pivot Point' in a 15-6 victory. The team exhibited a fantastic display of teamwork, driving home the difference in scoring.
The most striking result of the evening, however, came from 'Pass It Like Its Hot' who racked up an astonishing 20 points against 'Lashes And Passes,' who, unfortunately, were unable to open their account but they were not detered and fought until the final whistle.
Louise Smith of 'Here For The Night Out' was the star of the week, crowned as the most valued player. Smith's standout performance was crucial in her team's match, proving that she's a formidable force in the league.
