Brackley Thursday Social netball update 27th June

The first match of the evening saw Pass It Like Its Hot taking on Phoenix in an exhilarating end-to-end encounter. Phoenix emerged victorious with a score of 19-11. Both teams displayed excellent attacking moves, making for an exciting match. Phoenix's strong performance solidified their position as one of the top teams in the league, while Pass It Like Its Hot also demonstrated their potential with a spirited effort.

In the second match, Lashes And Passes faced off against Title Chasers. Title Chasers secured composed a 14-3 victory but despite the loss, Titi Aruofor from Lashes And Passes was named Player of the Match. Titi, who only recently returned to netball, showed remarkable improvement and great composure throughout the game, highlighting her potential to make significant contributions to her team in future matches.

The final fixture saw Here For The Night awarded a 5-0 victory against Pivot Point, who were unable to attend this week's match. However, an arranged match allowed Here For The Night to demonstrate their prowess, with Louise Smith putting in an outstanding performance. Her exceptional play earned her the Player of the Match accolade, further cementing her reputation as a key player for her team.

With these results, Phoenix and Here For The Night remain unbeaten and are both sitting at the top of the table with three wins out of three. Their consistent performances have set a high standard in the league, and it will be interesting to see if any team can challenge their dominance as the season progresses.
