BRIDGEND - The Bridgend Sunday Netball league saw some electrifying action this week that left spectators and fans on the edge of their seats.

In Division 1, All Sorts dominated the court, outplaying Netball Ninjas with a resounding score of 28-4. Displaying deft agility and remarkable shooting skills, All Sorts stole the show setting the tone for the week.

On the other hand, Pink Ladies and Cougars had a nail-biting encounter with the Pink Ladies edging the Cougars 19-14. The game was a thrilling display of swift moves and strategic gameplay that kept the spectators hooked till the final whistle.

The tension was palpable in the match between Wangerz and T Birds, which ended in a rare tie at 17-17, a testament to the evenly matched skills and tenacity of both the teams.

Division 2 was no less exciting. Clover Catchers faced a tough match against Hoops I Did It Again, who emerged victorious with a score of 23-8. High Hoops made a strong statement with a 5-0 win over Nets Go, while Pink Panthers clinched a one-point victory over Netty Betties with a score of 10-9.

The star of the week was undoubtedly Anna Williams-Hayes of High Hoops, who was named the most valued player. Her spectacular performance on the court was instrumental in High Hoops' commendable victory, further solidifying her reputation as a formidable player in the league.

As we step into week 3 of the Bridgend Sunday Netball League, all eyes are on the teams - their strategies, their players, and their will to win. If week 2 was any indication, we are in for an adrenaline-packed season.
