In Division 1, the Wangerz set the bar high with a dominating 5-0 victory over All Sorts. Meanwhile, T Birds and Pink Ladies both showcased their scoring prowess with 26-16 and 38-8 victories over Hoops I Did It Again and Netty Betties, respectively. With T Birds demonstrating their scoring potential and Pink Ladies displaying their defensive skills in the season opener, the competition in Division 1 is shaping up to be fierce.

Over in Division 2, the Pink Panthers roared to a 26-11 win over Clover Catchers, while the Netball Ninjas outclassed High Hoops with an 18-5 victory. However, the most thrilling match of the evening was between Nets Go and Cougars, where the latter clinched a narrow 16-11 win.

The standout performer of the week was undoubtedly Lucy Peckham from Nets Go. Despite the team's loss, Peckham's heroic efforts on the court earned her the prestigious title of the Most Valued Player of the Week.
