In an exhilarating week of netball action, the Bridgend Sunday 7 a side netball league saw some thrilling matchups, both in Division 1 and Division 2.

In Division 1, the Netball Ninjas faced off against All Sorts, with All Sorts emerging victorious with a score of 17-9. Despite their best efforts, the Ninjas could not penetrate the solid defensive wall put up by All Sorts. In another clash, the Pink Ladies squeezed out a narrow win against the Cougars, with a nail-biting score of 15-14. The spectators were on the edge of their seats until the last whistle. However, the most lopsided game of the week was T Birds versus Wangerz, where T Birds gave a breathtaking performance, dominating the game 28-8.

Meanwhile, in Division 2, the Hoops I Did It Again shut out Clover Catchers with an impressive 22-0. This was a testament to the team's extraordinary defensive efforts and precise shooting. High Hoops edged out Nets Go with a 5-0 victory, demonstrating their superior skills and strategies. Netty Betties and Pink Panthers had a thrilling duel with the Betties coming out on top, 18-15.

One player that stood out among the rest was Lowri Ungoed from the Netty Betties. She was named the most valued player of the week, with her phenomenal performance and unmatched commitment to the game, contributing significantly to her team's victory.

In terms of top scorers, T Birds led Division 1 with their impressive 28 point haul, while Hoops I Did It Again led Division 2 with a massive 22 points.
