In an adrenaline-fueled second week of the Bridgend Sunday Netball League, we saw the premier league teams compete with vigor, demonstrating exceptional skill and raw talent under the floodlights.

The Premier League, the most competitive division in the league, saw some fascinating matches this week. Right off the bat, All Sorts clenched a thrilling victory against Netball Ninjas with a score of 19-13. The team showed remarkable coordination and precise shots, displaying their superiority on the court.

However, the match of the week was between Cougars and Pink Ladies. In a nail-biting contest, the Pink Ladies outran the Cougars with a 21-14 win. Despite the Cougars giving it their all, the Pink Ladies dominated the court with their agility and strategic play, claiming their victory with a 7-point lead.

The Pink Panthers also had a field day, seizing a 12-0 walkover against New Team. The game displayed the Pink Panthers' sheer dominance and New Team's struggle to keep up.

But the highlight of the week was the high-scoring contest between Wangerz and T Birds. In the face of the intense competition, T Birds soared high with a 28-18 triumph over Wangerz. The match was a spectacle of sheer determination, strategy, and the relentless pursuit of victory.

The crown of the Most Valued Player of the week was claimed by Emma Jones from T Birds. Jones’ outstanding performance in the league game was a testament to her exceptional skill and unrelenting spirit. Her dynamism on the court was instrumental in T Birds' victory and left spectators in awe.
