Bridgend Sunday Netball Update - Week 2

Week 2 brought another enjoyable evening of netball, with lots of great teamwork, encouragement, and positive energy across the courts.

All Sorts and Wangerz got things underway with a good game, finishing 16–9, with both teams showing great effort throughout. Hoops I Did It Again also had a strong match against Netty Betties, ending 21–13, with plenty of great play on show. Pink Ladies and Netball Ninjas played out a high-scoring game, finishing 32–14, in a really lively and energetic match.

There were some close contests too, including High Hoops and Nets Go, which finished 5–4 in a well-matched and enjoyable game. Pink Panthers also had a positive game against Clover Catchers, finishing 41–0, with lots of great teamwork on display.

A special mention goes to Sophie Tinson from Pink Ladies, who was named Player of the Week. She had a brilliant game and made a big impact on court.

It’s great to see everyone enjoying their netball, supporting each other, and getting involved each week. We’re looking forward to more fun and friendly games next Sunday!
