In an electrifying week of 7-a-side netball, the Premier League division of the Bridgend Sunday Netball League saw tension rise and the competition heat up. Teams slugged it out on the court, displaying intense competition and enviable sportsmanship.

In the Premier League, Cougars steamrolled over All Sorts with a commanding 18-0 victory - an impressive feat that underscores their competitive edge this season. The Cougars' prowess on the court was evident as they skillfully maneuvered the ball, capitalizing on every opportunity that came their way.

Yet, the evening would be incomplete without the thrilling face-off between Pink Ladies and Netball Ninjas – a match that kept spectators on the edge of their seats. Netball Ninjas emerged as victors, outplaying Pink Ladies with a final score of 16-9. Their dynamic gameplay and seamless coordination on the court were testament to their unwavering commitment to the sport.

The spotlight, however, was squarely on Kate Hook from T Birds, who was named the Most Valued Player (MVP) of the week. Her exceptional performance and critical contributions to her team's victory demonstrated her caliber and talent, boosting T Birds' morale ahead of the upcoming fixtures.
