Nottingham Thursday night netball - end of season
Congratulations to Cosmic Creepers on becoming this seasons winners in the Nottingham league, also to the runners up Trent Tricksters. A huge well done to the most valued player of the season Zoe Radley from Hoopsy daisy.
Red Hot Shooters played against Notts Netters, with Notts Netters narrowly clinching victory by a single point. However, the star of this match was undoubtedly the Red Hot Shooters' Sarah Brammer, who was named the Most Valued Player of the week. Brammer demonstrated exceptional skill and determination on the court, standing out even amidst her team's defeat.
The Amazeballs took on The Cosmic Creepers, with the latter taking a 14-3 win. This victory secured The Cosmic Creepers' position at the top of the division. With a total of 26 points and an impressive 12 wins, The Cosmic Creepers were crowned the champions of the league.
The Bibberinos showed their prowess against Hoopsy Daisy, with a 17-3 win. Meanwhile, Trent Tricksters outdid themselves by beating The A Team with a score line of 32-1, the highest of the evening.
With such thrilling end-of-season results, the Nottingham Thursday Netball League has proven once again to be a hotbed of talent and competitive spirit. As we bid farewell to this season, we look forward to welcoming all teams back and huge welcome to our two new teams joining the league Net Assests and Nets Go Girls.
