The air was filled with camaraderie, laughter, and a healthy dose of competition this Sunday evening, as Week 13 of the social netball season unfolded at Bloxwich Active Living Centre. A variety of players, from beginners to seasoned pros, graced the court, each contributing to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines our community.

The first match of the evening saw Bloxwich Ballers and All About That Pass take to the court. The game ended with the Bloxwich Ballers scoring 24 goals and All About That Pass putting 2 goals through the hoop. Despite the score difference, both teams displayed an impressive level of teamwork and commitment, creating a game where sportsmanship and positive energy were the real winners.

Next, we witnessed the Bloxwich Divas put up a spirited fight against the Walsall Wonders. The Wonders ended up scoring 21 goals to the Divas' 6. Both teams demonstrated great spirit and enjoyment, embodying the essence of our social netball nights.

The final match between Goal Diggers and Untouchables was a captivating display of supportive teamwork. Untouchables managed to score 18 goals, while Goal Diggers netted 11. The game was marked by a great sense of fun and camaraderie, which is what our netball evenings are all about.

A special mention goes to Hannah Peake from Bloxwich Ballers, our Most Valued Player of the week. Her enthusiasm, coupled with her quick movement around the court, made her an integral part of the team. Her positive contribution didn't go unnoticed and was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.

As we wrap up another successful week of social netball, we look ahead to Week 14. We eagerly anticipate another evening filled with friendly games, staying active, meeting new people, and further developing our netball skills in a supportive environment.
