Passion and intensity reigned supreme in the Walsall Sunday Netball league as we wrapped up week 13 of the season. The League division was nothing short of thrilling, with some nail-biting finishes and standout performances.
Leading the pack, The Pink Panthers roared their way to a 18-6 victory over No Pain No Gain. The team's domination was evident throughout the match, showing no mercy to their opponents. Undoubtedly, the star of the game was Kim Williams. Her agility, precise aim and defensive prowess were instrumental in her team's victory, earning her the accolade of the most valued player of the week.
In another intense and closely fought contest, Bloxwich Divas narrowly edged out Bloxwich Ballers with a scoreline of 10-9. It was a display of sheer grit and determination from both teams, but the Divas managed to hold their nerve in the final moments to clinically seal the game.
Last but not least, the Walsall Wonders lived up to their name by pulling off a stunning 28-5 win over Blue Phoenix. The Wonders were on fire, scoring with remarkable ease and displaying a top-notch defensive game, leaving the Phoenix struggling to find answers.
The top scorers for the Premier League division were The Pink Panthers and Walsall Wonders, who scored 18 and 28 points respectively. Their impressive scoring prowess has made them teams to watch out for in the upcoming games.
