Play in the Kidderminster Tuesday You Play Netball League

Week 14 of the Kidderminster Tuesday You Play Netball League took place at Baxter College, with teams returning to the court for another enjoyable evening of social netball. Players of different experience levels came together to take part in a series of friendly but competitive matches, with plenty of teamwork, effort and positive play on display throughout the evening.

The first match saw Wingin It take on Kiss My Pass. Kiss My Pass secured a 17-9 victory following a strong team performance. Both teams worked hard throughout the game and showed good movement and communication across the court. Wingin It continued to compete and created opportunities, while Kiss My Pass made the most of their chances to secure the win.

Next, On The Ball faced The New Team. On The Ball came away with a 16-7 victory after a well-played match. They showed good teamwork and worked effectively together throughout the game. The New Team continued to battle and remained positive, showing good commitment and supporting one another until the final whistle.

The third game of the evening saw Little Ladies play Hoops I Did It Again. Little Ladies finished the match with a 23-1 victory following a confident team performance. They worked well together and took their scoring opportunities throughout the game. Hoops I Did It Again continued to work hard and maintained a positive attitude, with both teams playing in the friendly spirit of the league.

Pink Panthers then took on Goal Diggers. Goal Diggers secured a 16-6 win after another competitive match. Both teams showed good effort and determination, working hard in all areas of the court. Pink Panthers continued to support one another throughout the game, while Goal Diggers produced a strong team performance to take the points.

The final match of the evening saw Shooting Stars face Fire Balls. Shooting Stars secured a 10-6 victory in a closely contested game. Both teams remained competitive throughout and worked hard to create scoring opportunities. Fire Balls kept the pressure on and continued to battle until the final whistle, while Shooting Stars made the most of their chances to secure the win.

Congratulations to this week’s Most Valued Player, Anna Penrose from Pink Panthers. Anna was recognised for her movement around the court, enthusiasm and positive contribution to her team. Her commitment and sportsmanship were appreciated throughout the evening, making her a deserving recipient of the award. Well done, Anna.

As the league moves into Week 15, teams will be looking forward to another evening of enjoyable netball at Baxter College. The league continues to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where players can keep active, develop their netball skills, meet new people and enjoy playing in the spirit of Back to Netball.
