Kidderminster Tuesday night netball - week 3

Play in the Kidderminster Tuesday netball league

Week three of the Kidderminster Tuesday Netball League delivered another exciting evening of competitive fixtures, with teams across the League continuing to build momentum early in the season. Players demonstrated excellent teamwork, determination and skill throughout the night, with several closely contested matches providing plenty of entertainment for everyone involved.

One of the evening’s most exciting games saw Goal Diggers take on On The Ball in a closely fought contest that kept players and spectators engaged right until the final whistle. Both teams battled hard throughout the match, showing strong defensive organisation alongside some excellent attacking play. Goal Diggers managed to edge ahead during the closing stages and held on for a narrow 10-9 victory. Their teamwork and composure under pressure proved decisive in securing an important win against a determined On The Ball side.

Another impressive performance came from Little Ladies, who produced a confident display against Kiss My Pass. From the opening stages, Little Ladies moved the ball effectively and created numerous scoring opportunities with their organised attacking play. Their defensive work across the court also helped limit opportunities for their opponents, allowing them to secure a strong 14-4 victory. The result highlighted the team’s excellent balance and growing confidence as the season progresses.

Pink Panthers also enjoyed a successful evening with a well-earned 12-6 win over Wingin It. Both teams showed plenty of energy and commitment throughout the game, but Pink Panthers were able to maintain control for much of the contest thanks to their accurate shooting and strong communication across the court. Wingin It continued to battle hard throughout the match and showed plenty of positive moments despite the result.

Although Shooting Stars did not play on the night, Fiona Hogge was recognised as the week’s most valuable player following her outstanding performances so far this season. Fiona has consistently impressed with her skill, determination and positive influence on court, making her a key player for Shooting Stars during the opening weeks of the campaign. Her performances have already made a strong impact within the League, and she continues to be a player to watch as the season develops.

As the League standings begin to take shape, teams are continuing to improve week by week, creating a highly competitive and enjoyable atmosphere across the competition. Every fixture is proving important as sides look to establish themselves and build consistency heading into the coming weeks.
