WEEK 2 OF THE KIDDERMINSTER TUESDAY NETBALL LEAGUE

Week two of the Kidderminster Tuesday You Play netball league brought another enjoyable evening of matches, with teams continuing to build confidence and develop their play across the League. There were plenty of closely contested games, with all teams showing positive effort and teamwork throughout the night.

The opening match saw Kiss My Pass take on On The Ball in a competitive fixture, with Kiss My Pass coming away with a narrow 14-12 win. Both teams created good opportunities and showed strong passages of play, making it an engaging game from start to finish. On The Ball remained close throughout, demonstrating determination and teamwork.

Fire Balls and Pink Panthers then played out a well-balanced 13-13 draw. It was an evenly matched contest, with both sides working hard across the court and responding well to each other’s play. The result reflected the effort from both teams, with neither side giving much away.

Another standout game saw Little Ladies record a 20-9 win over Wingin It. Little Ladies showed good coordination and consistency across the court, while Wingin It continued to work hard and look for opportunities to build their play. It was a positive game for both teams as they continue to develop week by week.

In the final match of the evening, Shooting Stars secured an 18-12 win against Goal Diggers. Both teams showed good determination and effort, with Shooting Stars finding a steady rhythm that helped them take the result. Goal Diggers remained committed throughout and contributed to a competitive fixture.

Across the League, there were plenty of encouraging performances, with players continuing to grow in confidence and enjoy their netball. Each week offers a chance to improve, build teamwork, and take positives into the next round of fixtures.

As the season moves into week three, teams will be looking to build on their performances and continue developing their play. With more matches ahead, the League promises plenty of enjoyable and closely contested netball in the weeks to come.
