Play in the Warwick Monday Netball league

It was indeed another vibrant evening at Aylesford School and Sixth Form for Week 12 of our friendly social netball season. The welcoming atmosphere was palpable, with both novice and experienced players alike, all enjoying a fantastic night of netball.

The A-Team and Nets Get Physical had an engaging game, ending with a final score of Nets Get Physical 16, The A-Team 10. Both teams demonstrated an abundance of teamwork and commitment, playing with positive energy and sportsmanlike conduct. It was indeed a game played in high spirits, setting the tone for the rest of the evening.

Next, we had the Shooting Stars playing against the Nutballs. The match finished with Nutballs scoring 24 and Shooting stars trailing closely with 21. The remarkable team spirit displayed by both sides was nothing short of inspirational. There was an aura of mutual respect between the teams, proving once again that netball is as much about camaraderie as it is about the sport itself.

The evening saw another thrilling match between the Warwick Warriors and Hoops I Did It Again, ending with Warwick Warriors scoring 18 to the Hoops 14. The camaraderie and sportsmanship demonstrated by both sides were commendable. The game was filled with positive energy and was enjoyed by all.

A special mention goes to the Most Valued Player of the evening - whose enthusiasm, quick maneuvers around the court, and positive contribution were appreciated not only by her teammates but also by the opponents. Her effervescent personality and dedicated play were truly the highlights of the evening.

Looking ahead, we are thrilled to have only two weeks of matches left and are excited about the friendly social netball happening in Week 13. We encourage anyone thinking about joining us to come along and try social netball. This is not just about keeping active, but also about meeting new people and developing netball skills in a supportive and friendly environment.
