Play in the Warwick Monday Netball league

On a lovely Monday evening, the Aylesford School and Sixth Form was buzzing with the energy of Week 5 of the social netball season. As the sun set, a diverse group of players, novices and veterans alike, came together to enjoy a memorable evening of friendly competition and sportsmanship in the welcoming atmosphere of our community club.

We saw Nutballs going head-to-head with Warwick Warriors. The game ended with Warwick Warriors finishing with 17 points while Nutballs trailed closely with 11. Both teams demonstrated fantastic teamwork and commitment, with every player giving their all. The positive energy on the court was infectious, and despite the score line, it was clear that every player enjoyed the game and the spirit in which it was played.

The next match witnessed the Shooting Stars competing against Hands On The Ball! Both teams exhibited wonderful sportsmanship and camaraderie. Hands On The Ball! finished the game with 12 points, while Shooting Stars scored 3. It was an enjoyable game played in a great spirit, with both teams displaying positive energy and commitment.

A special mention must go to Millie Hughes from Hands On The Ball!, our Most Valued Player of the evening. Her enthusiasm was infectious and her movement around the court commendable.

As we look forward to Week 6, we anticipate another exciting evening of friendly social netball. This is a fantastic way to keep active, meet new people, and develop netball skills in a supportive and friendly environment. So, whether you're a seasoned player or picking up a netball for the first time, we can't wait to welcome you next week for another enjoyable night of social netball.
